The ACS37002LMC is a fully integrated, high-accuracy Hall-effect current sensor designed for precise current measurements in various applications. It features a factory-trimmed monolithic Hall sensor IC within an SOICW-16 package, offering high isolation and eliminating the need for customer programming. The device utilizes differential sensing to reject common-mode magnetic fields and boasts a low internal primary conductor resistance of 0.27 m for improved power efficiency. With a 400 kHz bandwidth and a 1.1 s typical response time, it is suitable for applications requiring fast control loops or high-speed current monitoring. The ACS37002LMC offers externally configurable functional features, including four adjustable gain levels via two logic pins for flexible current range selection. It also provides a fast overcurrent fault output with a pin-adjustable threshold for system protection. Designed for robustness and reliability, it operates across a wide temperature range and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
