Product Overview

The ACS37003 is a fully integrated current sensor IC designed for accurate current sensing in a custom SOICW16 package. It features a very low 265 primary conductor resistance, minimizing power dissipation and making it ideal for low-power applications. The sensor is factory-trimmed for high accuracy across its operating range, eliminating the need for customer programming or calibration. Its internal construction provides high isolation through magnetic coupling to a monolithic Hall sensor IC, with differential sensing to reject common-mode magnetic fields. The device offers 5 kVRMS isolation, industry-leading basic working voltage of 1140 VRMS, and reinforced working voltage of 572 VRMS. The ACS37003KMC is provided in a surface mount SOICW16 package with enhanced lead-frame thickness for reduced resistance and a body size that ensures over 8.2 mm of creepage and clearance. It supports a 400 kHz bandwidth and a typical response time of 1.1 s, making it suitable for fast control loops and high-speed current monitoring. The device is UL-certified to UL 62368-1 and is RoHS compliant.
