Product Overview

The AK9710AEF01 is a compact, mid-infrared quantum photo diode utilizing Indium Antimonide (InSb) material. Engineered with AKM's proprietary compound semiconductor technology, it operates effectively at room temperature, delivering high sensitivity, rapid response times, and exceptional reliability. This sensor features an integrated optical band-pass filter, specifically optimized for Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) CO2 sensing applications. Its key advantages include significantly higher signal-to-noise ratio compared to conventional thermopiles, a fast response of approximately 100kHz, and no requirement for bias voltage, making it an ideal solution for HVAC systems, refrigerant leakage detection, and flame detection.
