Product Overview
Advantech-BB's Split-core Current Transducers/Sensors, including models BB-JC10F50-V, BB-JC24S250-V, and BB-JC36S500-V, are designed for energy management and industrial applications. These sensors offer a convenient connection to electronic sub-metering and can be directly connected to PLCs for current measurement in systems like distributed power line carriers (PLCs) or remote controls such as SCADA software. They are suitable for sensing motor stalls and short circuits, industrial instrumentation, process control loops, phased fired-controlled heaters, security and condition monitoring, load monitoring, protection systems, and predictive maintenance of various industrial equipment. The split-core design allows for easy installation by clamping onto existing wiring without disrupting power flow, enabling direct input into analog ports of PLCs or data loggers without requiring an intermediate converter.
