The Sensirion SHT3x-DIS is a next-generation humidity and temperature sensor built on the advanced CMOSens sensor chip platform. It offers fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output, enhanced signal processing, and improved accuracy specifications. With a wide supply voltage range (2.15 V to 5.5 V), I2C interface supporting speeds up to 1 MHz, and two user-selectable addresses, the SHT3x-DIS is designed for seamless integration into a wide variety of applications. Its compact 8-pin DFN package (2.5 x 2.5 mm footprint, 0.9 mm height) makes it ideal for space-constrained designs. Leveraging 15 years of expertise from the humidity sensor industry leader, this sensor provides high reliability, long-term stability, and is designed for mass production.
