This TTL Serial JPEG Camera module is designed for security systems and offers dual functionality: NTSC video output and color snapshot capabilities transmitted via a TTL serial link. It supports image resolutions of 640x480, 320x240, and 160x120, providing pre-compressed JPEG images for efficient storage. Key features include manually adjustable focus, automatic white-balance, auto-brightness, auto-contrast, and built-in motion detection for project alerts. The module requires two digital pins for operation and defaults to a 38400 baud rate. Libraries and example code for Arduino & CircuitPython are available to facilitate integration, enabling control over image size, compression quality, motion detection, and video output.
