Product Overview
The Fast Vibration Sensor Switch is a high-sensitivity, non-directional trigger switch designed for detecting motion and vibration. Often referred to as the "poor man's accelerometer/motion sensor," it operates by using a soft internal spring that makes contact with a center pole when the switch is moved. This action closes the circuit, allowing the two pins to function as a closed switch during motion. When stationary, the switch remains open. It is ideal for basic projects and wearables. Different versions are available with springs of varying stiffness for adjusted trigger sensitivity.
