The TPAFE411 is a Hall Sensor Signal Conditioning IC specifically designed for closed-loop current sensor modules utilizing Hall elements. It integrates precision excitation circuitry to mitigate Hall element offset and drift, along with a 350mA H-bridge for driving the sensor's compensation coil. The device features an internal precision current sensing amplifier to generate the output signal, a high-accuracy voltage reference, and a high-accuracy Hall sensor front-end. These integrated components significantly enhance the accuracy of the overall current sensor module. The TPAFE411 supports pin-selectable output voltages of 2.5V (with a 5V supply) and 1.65V (with a 3.3V supply), and is housed in a 4mm x 4mm QFN package with a PowerPAD for efficient heat dissipation. It operates reliably within an industrial temperature range of 40C to +125C.
